Quickly find conversations with advanced filters
Filters allow you to quickly find the conversations you're looking for among all those managed by your agents.
Available filters
By agent
Show only conversations managed by a specific agent. Useful when you have multiple agents configured.
By status
Filter conversations based on their current status:
| Status | Description | |--------|-------------| | In Progress | Active conversation with recent exchange | | Opportunity | Interested potential customer | | Potential Customer | Qualified lead to follow up | | Quote Request | Customer who requested a quote | | Follow-up | To be contacted again for updates | | Contacted | Customer already contacted | | Waiting Response | Waiting for customer response | | Info Only | Informational request only | | Not Interested | Customer not interested | | Spam | Spam or irrelevant message |
By source
Filter by origin channel:
- WhatsApp - Conversations from WhatsApp Business
- Widget - Conversations from the website widget
By date
Filter by date range:
- Select From date (start of period)
- Select To date (end of period)
By tag
Select one or more tags to filter conversations containing them.
Multiple tag filter
When selecting multiple tags, conversations that have at least one of the selected tags will be shown.
Sorting
Sort results by:
| Criterion | Description | |-----------|-------------| | Last update | Most recent first (default) | | Creation date | Chronological creation order | | Message count | Most active conversations first |
You can choose the order:
- Descending - From most recent/highest to least
- Ascending - From least recent/lowest to most
Combining filters
You can combine multiple filters for precise searches. All active filters are applied together (logical AND).
Practical examples:

Reset filters
Click Reset to remove all filters and return to the complete view.
Text search
The search bar searches in the conversation title/name. For a broader search, combine with appropriate filters.
