Export Leads
Export leads to CSV for external use
Export your leads to use them in CRM, spreadsheets, or other tools.
Basic Export
- Go to Leads
- Click Export
- Download the CSV file
Filtered Export
Export only the leads you need:
- Apply your desired filters (status, agent, score, etc.)
- The counter shows filtered leads
- Click Export Filtered
- Download the file
Applied filters
The export respects all active filters. If you filtered for "Opportunity", only leads with that status will be exported.
CSV Format
The exported file includes fixed and dynamic fields:

Dynamic Fields
Dynamic fields vary based on data extracted by AI during the conversation:
- Phone
- Name
- Company
- Role
- Specific interest
- Indicated budget
- Timeline
- Other extracted data
Dynamic fields
Dynamic fields depend on what the AI captured during the conversation. Not all leads will have the same fields.
Import to Other Tools
Excel / Google Sheets
- Open the CSV file
- Data is already separated into columns
- Format as you prefer
CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Go to Import contacts
- Upload the CSV file
- Map CSV fields to CRM fields
- Complete the import
Scheduled Export
Currently, export is manual only.
