Interpreting the Score

80-100: High Quality

  • Very interested lead
  • Complete contact information
  • Specific requests expressed
  • Action: Top priority, contact immediately

60-79: Medium Quality

  • Decent interest shown
  • Some information available
  • Action: Needs further qualification

40-59: Low Quality

  • Uncertain interest
  • Few details collected
  • Action: Requires nurturing

0-39: Very Low Quality

  • Generic curiosity
  • Minimal or no information
  • Action: Low priority

Quality Bands in Dashboard

The dashboard shows statistics by bands:

Filter by Score

  1. Go to Leads
  2. Use the Minimum Score and Maximum Score filters
  3. View only leads in the desired range

Improving Lead Quality

To get higher quality leads:

  • Configure the agent to ask for contact information
  • Add qualification questions in the prompt
  • Guide the conversation toward identifying interest and urgency
  • Customize responses to collect useful data
