Invitations

Invite new members to your organization

Invite other people to join your Leader24 organization.

Who Can Invite

Only Owner and Admin can invite new members. Members cannot see the Invitations tab.

Send an Invitation

  1. Go to Organization
  2. Click on Invitations tab
  3. Click Invite Member
  4. Enter recipient's email
  5. Select role (Admin or Member)
  6. Select at least one agent to assign
  7. Click Send Invitation

Agent Selection Required

You must select at least one agent that the new member will have access to.

Invitation Email

Recipient will receive an email with:

  • Your organization name
  • Who sent the invitation
  • Assigned role
  • Link to accept

Pending Invitations

In Invitations tab you see:

  • Invited email
  • Assigned role
  • Who invited
  • Send date
  • Expiration date

Invitation Expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days.

If expired:

  1. Delete old invitation
  2. Send new invitation

Cancel an Invitation

  1. Find invitation in list
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Confirm cancellation

Invitation is invalidated immediately.

Accept an Invitation

Recipient must:

  1. Click link in email
  2. Create account (if new)
  3. Accept invitation
  4. Access dashboard

Common Problems

Email not received

  • Check spam/junk
  • Verify correct email
  • Cancel and send a new invitation

Link doesn't work

  • May be expired (after 7 days)
  • Send new invitation

Already member

  • User is already in organization
  • No new invitation needed
