Manage leads automatically captured from conversations
Leads are potential customers automatically identified by AI during conversations.
How Leads are Generated
The AI analyzes conversations and automatically identifies:
- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Customer interest shown
- Specific requests
- Data extracted from the conversation
Automatic generation
Leads are automatically created when the AI identifies a potential customer during a conversation.
Leads Dashboard
The dashboard shows key statistics:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total leads | Total number of captured leads |
| High quality | Leads with score 80-100 |
| Medium quality | Leads with score 60-79 |
| Average score | Average score of all leads |
Lead List
Each lead in the list shows:
- Name or contact identifier
- Email and/or phone (if available)
- Agent that handled the conversation
- Creation date
- Quality score (0-100)
- Current status
Lead States
Leads can have one of the following states:
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Contacted | Customer already contacted |
| Waiting Response | Waiting for customer response |
| Follow-up | To be contacted again for updates |
| Opportunity | Interested potential customer |
| Potential Customer | Qualified lead to follow up |
| Info Only | Informational request only |
| Quote Request | Customer who requested a quote |
| Not Interested | Customer not interested |
| Spam | Spam or irrelevant message |
Quality Score
The score (0-100) indicates lead quality:
| Range | Quality | Recommended action |
|---|---|---|
| 80-100 | High | Top priority, contact immediately |
| 60-79 | Medium | Needs further qualification |
| 40-59 | Low | Requires nurturing |
| 0-39 | Very low | Low priority |
Available Filters
You can filter leads by:
- Status - Filter by lead status
- Agent - Show leads from a specific agent
- Source - Widget or WhatsApp
- Score - Score range (min/max)
Sorting
Sort leads by:
- Creation date - Most recent first
- Score - Highest score first
- Update date - Last updated first
Lead Actions
- View - Open full lead details
- Change status - Update lead status
- View conversation - Open the original conversation
- Export - Download leads in CSV format
