Integrations allow your AI agent to interact with external services to perform concrete actions like sending emails, creating appointments, or opening support tickets.

How to Connect an Integration
- Go to Agents > [Your Agent] > Settings
- Select the Integrations tab
- Find the app you want to connect
- Click Connect
- A window opens for OAuth authentication
- Log in with your account and authorize access
- The connection is saved automatically
After connecting, you'll see the "Connected" status on the app.
Configure Tool Instructions
After connecting an integration, you need to configure how the agent will use it:
- Click Configure on the connected app
- A dialog opens with an AI assistant
- Describe how you want the agent to use the integration
- The AI generates optimized instructions
- Review and select the best version
- Save the instructions
The instructions define when and how the agent will use the integration during conversations.
Gmail: Special Features
Gmail offers additional features:
Email Templates
You can create predefined email templates:
- Click Email Templates on the Gmail card
- Create templates for different scenarios (welcome, follow-up, support)
- Use dynamic variables to personalize
- The agent will select the appropriate template
Logo Configuration
Customize emails with your brand:
- Upload your company logo
- Choose position (header, side)
- Configure colors and style
Integration States
Each integration can have different states:
- Not connected - The integration has not been configured
- Connected - OAuth completed, ready for configuration
- Configured - Instructions saved, the agent can use the integration
- Setup Required - Connected but missing instructions
Troubleshooting
OAuth authentication fails
- Verify you have the necessary permissions on the account
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Check that popups are not blocked by the browser
Agent doesn't use the integration
- Verify instructions have been saved
- Check that status is "Configured"
- Review instructions to ensure they are clear
Timeout error
- Authentication has a 3-minute timeout
- If it expires, retry the connection
- Make sure to complete authentication quickly
How to disconnect
- Go to the integration card
- Click the menu (three dots)
- Select Disconnect
- Confirm the disconnection
Disconnection removes access and deletes saved instructions.

- Write clear and specific instructions
- Test the integration before going to production
- Monitor usage in conversations
